#PrayforJapan
I was deeply saddened when I learned of the 8.9 earthquake that shook Japan & the devastating Tsunami that swept over cities. So many people swept away in their homes, vehicles, buildings & those who were able to get out in time, now face fears of a possible nuclear meltdown.
It's so heartbreaking. My thoughts & prayers are with all of those affected by this horrible tragedy. I've been watching the news coverage since Friday morning & I find myself clinging to the stories of survivors being rescued & remain hopeful for all those people, their families, & their missing loved ones.. My heart goes out to all of Japan in this extremely difficult time.
We can't help but feel hopeless watching all this unfold & wanting to help somehow.. in any way possible. My boyfriend & I have donated & those who also want to help can go to www.redcross.org or text REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation to help those affected. Also, I just saw on Sarrah's blog that Lady Gaga is selling $5 bracelets [here] "All proceeds go directly to Japan relief efforts."

This has kept me up for days.. it truly is heartbreaking. I think whats worse is when you know someone and you just want to know if their okay.
Sadly I did not get a reply for all my friends living in japan.. still waiting on some "im okay" emails.
The uncertainty has to be one of the worst feelings right now. I'm so sorry, Mie. I hope you get those replies from your friends you're waiting for very soon & I hope you find that all your friends are safe. <3 Please keep me posted.
My heart goes out to them. I cried when i found. it's a shame the great loss they have.
I'm hoping for the best for Japan, hope the radiation doesn't affect them long term! In our prayers!
