Pineapple Upside Down Cake.
I went really light on the brown sugar 'cause I didn't want it to get gooey & runny. It was my first time making one of these & I think it came out pretty darn delicious. It was a box yellow cake though, so I can't take much credit lol. I literally Youtubed 'pineapple upside down cake' & followed step by step what the girl in the video said. It was my Tia Dora's birthday on New Year's Day so we had a cookout for her at our house & I made her this cake. She wasn't even expecting to do anything for her birthday except spend it with the family so she was pretty surprised. Haa. She's like my second mother. She's always been there for me & I know I'm not supposed to say but she's definitely my favorite aunt. <3 
Chocolate Covered Strawberries.
We couldn't get a hold of the ginormous strawberries so we just did it with the normal ones. I did this as a favor to my little brother. Haa. He wanted them to give to his girlfriend. They turned out pretty delish! I mean, I wouldn't know. Teehee. (: Next time, I'm going to have to get the giant strawberries though. I think they'd look a lot better!NOTD: Sinful Colors in Mint Apple.

@Minakichu Thank you! I went in for Revlon's Minted but it was too rich for my nail polish taste so I walked out with this one lol
