4th of July Makeup+Nails.

Holiz. (: I hope everyone had a great Independence Day! I spent the fourth eating bbq chicken & homemade potatoe salad ^.^ Later in the evening, I went to my cousin's cookout & she had the best fajitas I've had in monthsss! Lol Anyway, here's my makeup for that day & I also did some 4th of July nail art!

MAC Pigment Cornflower • MAC Pigment Push The Edge

I can't stay away from blues & purples lol I also used the black shadow from the Sedona Lace Matte shadow palette in the outer crease to "give the eye more dimension" lol isn't that what everyone says.

Bes'Kine Lashes Y-1

Gorgeous lashes! They're brown but I put loads of mascara =/ I've been reusing these, I really like them. After I use them, I'll clean them off with makeup remover & let them dry overnight. The next day, they're ready to use again! Btw I'm currently trying out Estee Lauder's Taksie It Away - Total Makeup Remover. It's a cream & it's awesome. Super gentle & removes mostly everything. I say mostly because I usually have to work with it a little more because all my mascaras are waterproof. But even then, it's still really nice.

MAC Pink Friday

IRL.. The lipstick is not as pale as it looks in the pics. The way it looks on the lipstick picture is more true to color. It's a Satin so it's really nice & creamy & goes on really smoothly. I still used a lip moisturizer underneath it though. It's soooo pretty!! I love it.

I recreated this nail art that I saw on youtube [here]. I thought it was really pretty & it looked really simple! (: Incase you're wondering wtf I used Glass Pink for lol I used it underneath everything on my whole nail. It's cause I'm wearing fake nails, & they looked super white & extra fake.

Supreme, Lashes & Pigments! Oh my!

Here's my little, teeny-tiny, baby, fun-sized, haul. Lol I haven't had much time for anything since my bundle of hair (Muneka) has been here. But I recently discovered I lacked red & royal blue nail polish in my collection >.< No red polish?? I know, I know.. I should be stoned, or locked in a room with Sarah Palin. I'm not sure which is worse.. Lol jk. Honestly I've never liked how red polish looks on me. But since I was thinking of doing some fun nails for the 4th of July, I knew I had to get some.. & then I got a tad bit carried away. So here are some swatches. (:

WnW Comfort Zone

Yup, I'm a little late on this one. Lol I went back & forth for awhile on this one. I didn't want it because I never use colors like these. They're too "earthy" for me, it's not really my stilo. And at first glance, none of the colors really stood out to me. It just didn't seem worth it to me. So I got the purple & blue one instead & decided I was going to skip on this one. Until one night browsing through blogger I stumbled on some swatches of this palette. God love swatches! Because I fell inlove with this beauty..

See that little baby all the way at the bottom? Tucked away in the corner.. like a precious pearl in a crusty old oyster. lol THAT, my friends.. That is the diamond in the rough. That is the Comfort Zone's best kept secret. It's an absolutely gorgeous duo chrome, rusty, shimmery, blue-ish color. I can't explain it but just look at it. It's freakin gorgeous. Such an awesome color. I can't wait to try it on. I know I'm not the only girl who has gotten a multi-color palette solely for one color lol. Plus, come on, it's Wet n Wild! It's totally okay. (:

MAC Pink Friday

No, you guys.. You didn't just go back into time. Let me explain. I went to The Cosmetic Company Store & finally got my anxious hands on the discontinued, sold out, Nicki Minaj's Pink Friday (: Yayy. When I went yesterday, they had a pretty small selection of MAC stuff. Most of the stuff I saw was stuff that I had seen the last time I visited (like 2mos ago). So I was kinda bummed. I went to look at the lipsticks anyway.. & saw Saint Germain right away & then right next to it, one that looked almost exactly like it, but a bit darker. I picked it up turned it around & it read "Pink Friday" >.< I almost had a heart attack! It took every ounce of restraint to keep from screaming in that quiet, lonely, little store. Lol You're not even going to guess how much I got it for either. *Smug Look* $10.25!! Can you say STEAL!! Lol I was soooo excited. I feel like that store's my little secret. When I go... NO ONE is in there. Lol everrrr. When I got there yesterday, one of the two associates was outside cleaning the glass door & when I walked into the store, the second associate started talking to me thinking I was the associate outside. Lol I don't think they get many customers. And no one has ever went in while I'm there. I fear I'm their only customer & they'll go out of business soon. Lol jk. I asked the lady how often they get shipment & she said it's only about once a month & they never know what they're getting. Bummer. They have stuff from the To The Beach collection from last summer & some stuff from A Tartan Tale from the Holidays. Their MAC pigments & shadows are also marked down around 4 dollars less. I'm so glad I got this lipstick & didn't have to pay $60+ on ebay for it. =/

MAC Saint Germain • MAC Pink Friday • CoverGirl Enchantress

I swatched these other two lipsticks along side it, so ya'll could see how similar & how different they are to it. Enchantress is more of a frost though. So it looks a lot more different on the lips than the other two do.

 MAC Cornflower Pigment

How pretty!! I absolutely love this color. It's a duo chrome with like a purple-pinkish color & a blue. It's so beautiful. I love love love it. It's definitely one of my favorite colors now & I haven't even worn it yet. It's just so gorgeous.

Bes'Kine Lashes Y-1 & Y-10 in Brown.

They're sooo pretty. I really love the first pair. I've re-used them like three times already lol. I haven't used the second pair yet. They're super nice though. They feel really light.

These pigments are so beautiful! I immediatley dropped everything when I opened the envelope & started playing around with these lol. Me gusta *thumbs up*
