New Hair: I am Ron Burgundy?

Revlon Colorsilk in Burgundy [48]

I picked up this color out on a whim. I had put on a Light Ash Brown some months ago & it looked awesomee until it faded. My hair was a really dark blonde/really light brown. I hated it. It looked gross lol. Plus my roots were growing out already. So instead of pretending like I was going for that whole Ombre Hair thing all the cool kids are doing, I decided to dye it! I went to the store looking for Medium Dark Ash Brown but when I saw this color lol I just had to give it a shot. I didn't think the color would take so well. I thought it would look a lot darker than how it came out. It's such a pretty color. I LOVED it the first day. The first day it was almost purple, it was so pretty. But after a couple days, it looked more dark red. Which is still coo, I've never had red hair before.

I've really liked this color so far! Once it starts to fade & it's time for another dye job, I think I'll just go back to brown again. Cause dang, I miss my dark hair.  I'm wearing the Sinful Colors lipgloss Wink over NYX Narcissus in this picture. I loooove the combo. The milky pinks aren't super flattering on me. I kind of feel like a guidette when I wear it. Haha. But I still love the color!

By the way! Has anyone else been obsessed with the Sideline Story album?! Mannnn. I've been listening to it 25/8 for like a month. I love every song.. My man is beyond annoyed by me singing & randomly yelling Colee Worldd. He's such a trooper lol Idk how he puts up with my weird phases.

New Hair : Let's get back to the basics.

..of love. Let's go to Lukenbach, Texas with Waylon and Willie and the Boys! If you got that reference, you're super awesome. But anyway, I was getting really tired of being a blonde! Having to dye my roots every 3-4 weeks was literally stressing me out. Every time I did my roots.. they'd be a weird orangey color & never blended in with the rest of my hair. lol I went back to my dark hair. I used Revlon Colorsilk in Light Ash Brown. I wanted it a dark brown so I went two shades lighter & got exactly what I wanted.

I love my new hair! I've gotten a lot of compliments from my aunts & my mom said I looked Chula. Haa. Yeahhh that pretty much made my whole week. Lol Colorsilk is the cheapest dye I've seen & as a blonde, I kept trying different brands but the one that worked the best for me was Colorsilk. It's also the one that smelled less toxic-ish. The more expensive ones I tried.. Clairol, Garnier, even Loreal Preference all smelled a whole lot worse than Colorsilk. The absolute worst one was Clairol Basalm. I could literally feel it in my lungs, it was so disturbing. I had to keep leaving the bathroom to get fresh air. I always end up coming back to good ole reliable Revlon Colorsilk.. It just works for me. (:

My wonderful boyfriend got me flowers, a teddy bear & a balloon. :3 Awww! He's so thoughtful!

So beautiful! The flowers are so perfect. I really love the carnations & the roses. I don't think I've ever seen roses in this color, they're like a coraly-pink. Absolutely gorgeous!

My little bear with my [Get Better] note. :3 I laf him! I'm going to name him Smores ♥ Get Better note? For what, Dinorah? Oh we'll get to that later in the pictures. :C

:( I sprained my ankle stepping into a hole when I was picking up my dog's poo. It hurt so bad, I thought I was gonna die lool I wanted to cry but didn't because I thought someone could be watching me.

 

Cut my bangsss again! They kind of look like a bowl haircut to me? But it's alright. I've always liked Keri Hilson's old bowl cut.  lol

LOL! My puppy yawning while taking her a bath. She reallyyyy hates baths. She'll be really still & just take it when I'm bathing her but once I get her out & start drying her off, she goes nuts. I swear she hates me lol She looks so funny.

She puts up such a big fight when I'm blow drying her hair. Today she jumped off the little table & clawed me in the lip. -___- lol But look how pretty she looks when we're all done!

Chalupaaa! I know it's called "Loteria" but my family's always called it Chalupa. My aunts & cousins loooove it. Everytime we get together, they always play a couple rounds.
